Yes! But appointments are always recommended, to ensure you can secure a time and won’t have to wait.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a tattoo or piercing appointment, please let your artist or

the studio know as soon as possible.

● Tattoos: Contact your artist directly. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your deposit. No - shows and late notice will result in an unrefundable deposit.

● Piercings: Please update your booking through the online system as early as possible. No - shows will require a full deposit for booking a new time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full loss of deposit, as appointments are reserved specifically for you.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring one companion to your tattoo or piercing appointment for support.To keep the studio calm and focused:

● Extra guests may not be allowed during busy times or may be requested to wait outside the service area.

● Companions should remain quiet and respectful of the space and other clients.

● Children are not permitted in the tattoo area.
